The Burnette’s Keep A-Rollin’

“The Train Kept A-Rollin'”

Johnny Burnette Trio : 39 Votes

Tiny Bradshaw : 29 Votes

Aerosmith : 6 Votes

The Yardbirds : 4 Votes

Well, the Burnette brothers have done it again! The Prowlers overwhelmingly voted for the Rock n’ Roll Trio’s 1956 fuzz tone version of the classic Tiny Bradshaw tune, “The Train Kept A-Rollin'”.

This week, the Friday Night Cat Fight Show continues the “train” theme for part 2 of a 3 part series. The Delmore Brothers, Johnny Cash, Paul Butterfield, The Box Tops, Louis Jordan and so many more make the case for the train as metaphor for physical and spiritual movement.

AND, voice your choice for either Little Junior Parker’s original or Elvis Presley’s cover of the classic “Mystery Train” on this week’s Cat Fight competition.
